• We do not offer refunds for final sale items, change of mind, or incorrect sizing.
• Customers who have received an incorrect item or products with manufacturing defects will receive a refund. (Please note that we conduct strict quality control on every item before shipping and upon return receipt).
• Please take care when trying on any product. (Items that are manually defective or do not meet our return policy will be rejected and returned to the customer).
